We are not fans of award shows. More often than not, they are just a big celebration of White Privilege and a reminder of how left out minorities and women are. Sunday night’s 2015 Emmy Awards was different though. They gave us a few reasons to celebrate which, hopefully, signal a sea change in the awards industry overall.
